Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The ‘Check Your Tube. Check It’s Kembla.’ promotion is a national campaign run by MM Kembla to encourage customers to verify that the copper tube they are purchasing is genuine Kembla Copper Tube. Participants who confirm their purchase and submit valid details will have the chance to win 1 of 5 KemPress KPS2 Tool Kits.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Participants must be trade customers or affiliated with a licensed plumbing, HVAC/R, refrigeration or trade business.
Limit of one (1) entry per customer for the duration of the promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of MM Kembla are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion starts at 7:00am AEST on Monday, 3 August 2026, and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 4 September 2026.
MM Kembla reserves the right to close the promotion earlier if circumstances require.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must:
1. Purchase Kembla Copper Tube during the promotion period.
2. Check the tube for the production batch code printed on the copper.
3. Visit www.kembla.com.au
4. Complete the online entry form including:
– Full name
– Business name
– Valid email address
– Production batch code
5. Opt in to the MM Kembla mailing list via email confirmation.

Only genuine Kembla Copper Tube batch codes will be accepted. Entries will be validated by MM Kembla against internal records.

5. Prize Details

There are 5 prizes to be awarded – each consisting of 1 x KemPress KPS2 Tool Kit (Kembla Code: J09969).
One (1) winner will be drawn each week over 5 weeks.
Each weekly draw will randomly select one valid production batch code from the total pool of validated entries.
The customer who submitted the selected batch code will be the winner for that week.

6. Draw Dates and Winner Notification

Draws will be conducted at MM Kembla’s head office each Monday before 6:00pm AEST, beginning 10 August 2026 and ending 7 September 2026.
Winners will be notified via email and phone within 3 business days of the draw.
Winners will be announced on the MM Kembla website and social media channels.

7. Conditions of Entry

Only valid Kembla Copper Tube batch codes will be eligible.
MM Kembla will verify all entries by cross-referencing submitted batch codes with its production records.
Invalid or unverifiable entries will be disqualified.
Incomplete entries or those not opting into the mailing list are ineligible.
Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

8. General Terms

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
MM Kembla makes no warranties regarding the market value of the prize.
MM Kembla accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
MM Kembla reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications (unsubscribe anytime).
MM Kembla’s decision in all matters is final.

9. Privacy

Information collected will be handled according to MM Kembla’s Privacy Policy.
Personal information will be used for promotion administration and MM Kembla marketing communications.
