VAE Group were appointed HVAC-R contractors whilst Beavis & Bartels were the appointed plumbing contractors to the redevelopment of Caboolture Hospital.

Contractor | Beavis & Bartels

Beavis & Bartels are committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and quality to ensure each installation functions at its best. Beavis & Bartels used a range of Kembla products including Kembla Copper Tube, KemPress Copper Fittings and Kembla Copper Capillary Fittings in their installation. Product and installation training was provided to the Beavis & Bartels installation team to ensure quality across the project and minimise any future faults due to poor installation.

“The product and installation training instilled confidence in our team to use the Kembla system effectively and efficiently. It also ensures our installation will function at its best throughout its lifecycle.” – Beavis & Bartels Managing Director, Michael Ryan.

Contractor | VAE Group

VAE Group pride themselves on looking for smarter, simpler, and more cost-effective ways to design HVAC systems for their clients. VAE Group installed a significant amount of Kembla products in their installation including Kembla Copper Tube, KemPress Press-Fittings, Kembla Copper Capillary Fittings and K-Flex Insulation.

“With over 3km of copper tube and thousands of fittings, the training provided by Kembla ensured the installation went smoothly, our team were well informed and had full confidence in the product and installation process.”  – Mick Roberts, Site Resources Manager, VAE Group.

VAE Group took advantage of Kembla’s fixed copper price agreement to lock in the price of their copper tube to enable them to budget accordingly across the lifespan of the project which is highly beneficial due to the unpredictable and evolving price of copper.

Along with undergoing product training, VAE Group also utilised Kembla’s project specific warranty to minimise the risk on their installation. The benefits of using MM Kembla’s integrated piping system means more of their system was backed by one brand, one team and one warranty they could trust before, during and after the installation process.

Aligning with MM Kembla, for both VAE Group and Beavis & Bartels, was an easy choice due to shared values for innovative, effective, and efficient systems that will assist in lasting infrastructure.
